I appreciate this information. I have vertigo periodically and I do The low headed hanging technique and the loose crystals goes back into place and my life goes back to normal within a week or so after the unsteady lightheaded feeling goes away. However, my daughter has been debilitated with this unsteady lightheaded feeling now for 18 years in September of this year. She has 24-7 dizziness along with migraines on a daily basis. She was been diagnosed with Neuro Curcuit Dizziness and Migraine Associated Virtigo. The difference between her dizziness is that she doesn't have nastagnus but she feels like the inside of her head is moving 24-7. So she feels like she's always in motion. I would like to here your explanation on this matter more in depth in hopes that she can experience what it is like to feel still and stable in her head instead of being stuck in a state of fight or flight, panic attacks, not able to drive or move forward with her life. I really wish that I could speak with Dr. Yahki but if that's not possible. I hope this comment can be passed on to him and that he can shed some light on this issue that many others are experiencing.

I just went through an episode of vertigo last week!! Omg I thought I was going to die! I hated to have to take the meds but I was so desperate because they were talking about possible pre-stroke and all of that, so I conceded to the meds. It worked quickly. And the NPN did those exact low-hanging head moves with me before I was released.
