I am a trucker and I’ve been trucking for three years and it is so hard to find good food in these truck stops and I’ve learned to not even attempt to search there so of course I make all my meals. I’m slowly graduating over to an all fruit diet however, there is a lot of truckers that are dying because they diets are horrible because of the trucking lifestyle. I’m hoping one day that we can reach the truckers I’ve seen and heard so many truckers, overweight diabetes and must die.
