Hi Dr Yahki. I'm doing the bitters this week. But last week I had a comp blood test and my chloride was high - normal <=2- I'm reading this is an alkaline state. Am I ok? I know that is the goal to alkaline the blood and body,but I'm reading metabolic alkalosis will cause heart kidney muscle cramps and confusion. Im not experiencing any of those symptoms. What's your take on the high chloride-10?

That one drop of oil rule, does that apply to other oils too when the instructions says take 3 drops. Are those the drops they were taking about?
