Is there a book you can recommend to help me learn how to combine my own herbal powders into something effectively healing? I have bought many powders, all of them are in your "approved herbs" list. And I have a general idea off what herbs are good for a specific body system from other books I've read and other herbalists I've listened to. But I just don't know how to put them in the right formula. How did you learn to create the right formula of herbal powders for your capsules? Is there some sort of rule of thumb?
